Service Scope
Lawn care services may include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, leaf cleanup, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, and other approved property maintenance work based on the quote or service agreement.
Customer Preparation
- Remove toys, hoses, decorations, pet waste, furniture, tools, and loose debris before service.
- Keep gates unlocked and provide access codes before arrival.
- Secure pets indoors or away from work areas.
- Move vehicles or obstacles that block mowing, trimming, or cleanup areas.
Hidden Objects and Property Damage
T&C is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, unmarked sprinkler heads, buried cables, rocks, toys, tools, pet waste, low-voltage lighting, exposed roots, uneven ground, or items left in the service area.
Weather Delays
Rain, wet grass, saturated ground, extreme heat, storms, and unsafe conditions may delay service. We may adjust schedules to protect lawns, equipment, and crew safety.
Overgrown or Difficult Properties
Overgrown grass, excessive debris, steep slopes, heavy trimming, or unsafe conditions may require additional fees or a revised quote.
Recurring Service
Recurring lawn care is scheduled based on service frequency, weather, route efficiency, and property needs. Missed or delayed visits may be rescheduled as conditions allow.
